Want a Certificate ?

By law proprietors of food businesses must carry out Hazard Analysis and must implement effective control and monitoring procedures to ensure food safety. Food handling staff must be trained in food hygiene matters commensurate with their work. Offences are punishable by a fine of up to £5,000 for each offence and up to two years of imprisonment.
